I’m Alberto Arenas — a passionate, experienced bikefitter dedicated to helping cyclists of all levels ride more comfortably, efficiently, and confidently. With over a decade in the bikefitting world, I’ve learned that every rider is unique — from your body, goals, and riding style to your experience with pain, performance limits, or just wanting to enjoy the ride more. My approach goes beyond simple measurements; I take time to understand your journey, your cycling history, your goals, and what matters most to you on and off the bike. Using the AiRO software, we evaluate how positional changes influence aerodynamic drag and projected power savings


What We Measure

• Position-specific CdA estimation
• Relative watt savings at target speeds

• Helmet comparison testing

• Which posture produces the lowest estimated drag

Testing Protocol

We test controlled variations of:

Using the Shimano Dynamics Lab fitting jig, your current bike position is precisely replicated using X/Y laser calibration.

This allows controlled positional adjustments independent of equipment constraints.


3D Pedal Mechanics Analysis

Our 3D Pedaling Analyzer evaluates:

• Left/right balance
• Force application (Vectors)
• Pedal stroke symmetry
• Efficiency through 360° rotation
• Stability under load

Data-Driven Optimization

Based on pedaling analysis, we refine:
